Include these details

• The affected app or SDK and version, model ID, and endpoint.
• The time and timezone of the failure, HTTP status, and request ID when available.
• A minimal reproducible example with keys and private content removed.
• For a billing question, the relevant request identifiers or date range from Activity.

Never post API keys, Authorization headers, full setup commands containing keys, or private prompts in Discord. If a key was exposed, revoke it immediately.
